Lithuania is one of a baltic sea country which is located near from Latvia , Poland and Estonia. It has lots of historical places and lots of history. In the beginning of 2019, I had an opportunity to touch the beauty of the one of European country. It was winter season where I never feel how winter is. It was highly interesting chance for me. In Lithuania, I had lithuanian language and culture program for a month where it was a short course partial scholarship period. Lithuanian foundation gave to all of scholarship holder with the amount 570 Euro. I competed with other applicant where Indonesia was involved in ASEM country (there are 21 member countries. From ASEM country, I was selected as delegate with the quota only 19 that would be got scholarship. It was really competitive program that I joined. During the program, I learned language, history and visiting historical building. Lithuanian language is highly complicated because it has lots of grammatical procedure whereas the phonology of word is quite simple. Moreover, I also visited the ghotic architecture building which had outstanding and unique appearance.
A week before finishing the program, I met a moslem community where Islam is minority community in the country. Even though it is minority, the society is highly warm welcoming to religious liberty. On the other hand, I could pray jumuah together with moslem once in a small place of a building. Therefore, This program is really excited and I want to get the similar opportunity to get any experience, knowledge and networking.
